Campaign Enterprise Array

Computers running Campaign Enterprise Array software must meet the minimum requirements listed below.

Normal Mode (all operations on one server)

• Operating systems: Windows 2000 Server / 2003 Server
• 10GB free disk space
• Pentium 4 processor or better
• 7200 rpm IDE hard drives or faster (SCSI for extreme performance)
• Bandwidth to the Internet (DSL 8MBps, T3, OC-256 preferred)
• Dedicated IP address (static)
• OLE DB connection to source database
• Standard SMTP mailers are supported, Port25 Solutions, Ironport Servers, or similar high-powered Mail Transfer Agents are preferred.
• 1GB of RAM for stand alone Campaign Machine
• Internet Explorer 6.0

Main Role (Administration, Sending, Campaign Management)

• Operating systems: Windows 2000 Server / 2003 Server
• 10GB free disk space
• Pentium 4 processor
• 7200 rpm IDE hard drives or faster (SCSI for extreme performance)
• Bandwidth to the Internet (DSL 8MBps, T3, OC-256 preferred)
• Dedicated IP address (static)
• OLE DB connection to source database
• Standard SMTP mailers are supported, Port25 Solutions, Ironport Servers, or similar high-powered Mail Transfer Agents are preferred.
• 512MB of RAM for stand alone Campaign Machine. At least 1GB of RAM if Campaign resides on the same machine as your SMTP server or database, or if managing multiple roles.

Response Role (Click through, Subscribe, Web-Unsubscribe, Opened Email tracking)

• Operating systems: Windows 2000 Server / 2003 Server
• 10GB free disk space
• Pentium 4 processor

POP Role (Bounce and Email-Unsubscribe)

• Operating systems: Windows 2000 / 2000 Server / 2003 Server / Windows XP Professional
• 10GB free disk space
• Pentium 4 processor
• 7200 rpm IDE hard drives or faster (SCSI for extreme performance)
• Bandwidth to the Internet (DSL, T1, etc.)
• Dedicated IP address (static)
• OLE DB connection to source database
• 512MB of RAM for stand alone Campaign Machine. At least 1GB of RAM if Campaign resides on the same machine as your SMTP server or database or if managing multiple roles.
