Campaign Enterprise Fusion or Array

Fusion and Array
_When would you use these editions?

These two editions of Campaign Enterprise add the extra functionality you need in a high-processing environment with more incoming traffic and more concurrent users.  Instead of using Campaign Enterprise's internal database you use your own SQL Server for back-end processing of Campaign Enterprise.  This adds efficiency, scalability, and reporting/monitoring.

These two editions primarily help when sending large campaigns, managing a large amount of users, or sending many campaigns simultaneously for multiple users. When email campaigns are sent you will immediately start receiving responses in the form of click-throughs, open tracking events, bounces, and unsubscribes. This information needs to be processed quickly, especially for click-throughs which needs immediate attention.

These editions will use multiple processors for sending so each sending thread will be separate from the other.  The sending engine is also optimized.  We have seen sending speeds up to 800k messages/hour (8k message size), but this highly depends on your machine, your network environment, and the ability for your SMTP servers to keep up.

Both Campaign Enterprise Fusion and Array have the same user functionality as the standard Campaign Enterprise products.  The key features that are added from these versions are below:

Evaluations
There is no online download of this product due to its installation requirements. Download the normal product for evaluation of product functionality. If you would like to move onto using the full Fusion product, please call for an appointment so we can work with you setting up the environment.

Edition Limitations
These powerful versions of Campaign Enterprise softwar are limited only by hardware/configurations in sending and recording large email campaigns at record speed. In most installations of these products the bottlenecks tend to be either the SQL server itself or the ability for the SMTP server to keep up.  We have tools to measure these situations and will work with you to identify these issues.
