With the purchase of any software product you also receive 30-days of phone, Email, and live chat support for your product. Support That Continues With A Support Agreement To protect your software investment, and it make sure you have priority access to support services, you can purchase a yearly Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA). This support give you access to the Arial Software support team for an entire year and also gives you free major version upgrades that are released during that agreement period. As the internet and operating systems change over time, Campaign Enterprise is changing with it. To ensure you have the latest technology available a Software Maintenance Agreement will ensure you are up-to-date.
