Software Pricing
All Campaign Enterprise editions have the same overall functionality with click-throughs, open-tracking, bounce recording, etc. The differences in the version have to do with the sending batch size and number of possible users/sending threads.
How Licensing Works - Campaign Enterprise comes in several editions to match any price point. The pricing is based on the number of emails you want to send out at one time. Each edition allows a single user/concurrent sender, meaning one person can be logged in at any one time, and one campaign can be running at a time. When you purchase Small Business, Professional or Performance editions, you can add additional users if needed. You can also purchase users for those editions at any time.
Additional Users
Campaign Enterprise Small Business, Professional, and Performance Editions include support for multiple users/additional concurrent broadcasts. For an additional price you can add from 1 to an unlimited number of additional users licenses. For each additional user, there is a corresponding increase in the number of concurrent broadcasts; a four user license allows four concurrent broadcasts.
All Campaign programs comes with 30 days of free
product and technical support from the time of
purchase. After 30 days, Arial Software does not
provide email, chat or telephone support without an
annual support contract.
