Arial Software's Email Marketing
Software Hammers Spam with Anti-Spam Compliance
Features
TUCSON, Ariz. (July 2, 2003) -Arial Software,
the leading developer of personalized email marketing
software, has expanded the newest version of its
Campaign Enterprise software to include
an anti-Spam feature which protects e-marketers
from the risks of Spam from inadvertently sending
email messages that look like Spam.
Once a personalized email message is composed,
Campaign Enterprise Version 7.5 users can
simply press the “Anti-Spam Test”
button to perform an instant check of their outbound
email. The message is then instantly run through
a pre-programmed checklist, which uses a set of
evolving criteria to evaluate the outbound email
message as anti-spam compliant.
If any part of the email message resembles the
traits of Spam, the user is alerted that the intended
email message could be perceived as Spam by recipients
or email filters.
The anti-Spam check, when used with Campaign
Enterprise’s new Test Message sending
capability, provides further insurance for legitimate
marketers following the rules of email, so they
won’t be considered spammers.
“We are joining the industry and technical
groups eager to find solutions to the Spam problem,”
said Mike Adams, president and CEO of Arial Software.
“Keeping email messaging clean, reliable,
and effective is critical to the email marketing
industry, and is simply good business practice.”
This feature is only available with Arial’s
Campaign Enterprise Version 7.5 and above and
available now at the website addresses below.
Upcoming versions of Campaign will further expand
the software’s anti-Spam compliance by automatically
verifying working return email addresses, denying
outbound batches to falsified “From”
fields in messages.
