Zeop Launches Free Email Newsletter Service, Attracts Users From bCentral, Constant Contact, Jango Mail and Others

TUCSON, Ariz. (April 7, 2004) – Zeop launched its free email newsletter subscription and delivery service today, providing fast, reliable email newsletter subscription processing and email delivery at no charge. The service has no banners, no pop-ups, and it fully protects the emails of the subscribers. It is offered free of charge as a demonstration of Arial Software's email automation technologies (Arial Software sells high-end email marketing software.)

Zeop's new email service allows webmasters from small to medium-sized businesses to easily email the subscribers who signed up through the free Zeop email subscription form (which can be placed on any website). In addition to building their own permission email lists, webmasters can send email to their lists using Zeop's email delivery tools, also provided at no charge, explained Zeop developer and Arial Software president/CEO Mike Adams.

"Small businesses and other organizations now have a single source for collecting, administering, and sending emails to their growing list of confirmed subscribers," said Adams. "We are seeing a lot of crossover users who are leaving paid services like Constant Contact to use Zeop for free."

Adams added that the addition of this new email service means businesses and organizations with limited resources can build their permission email lists right from their websites without needing technical knowledge, SMTP servers, database know-how or other IT skills.

Zeop is free to webmasters and takes less than five minutes to activate. Once registered, webmasters are issued HTML code for an email subscription form they may place on their site. Zeop then processes subscription requests in real time and securely stores these addresses for the webmaster. These email lists can be exported or sent email newsletters by their respective webmasters.

Unsubscribe requests are handled automatically. Present limitations of the Zeop service include: no HTML email supported (although this is planned), no clickthrough tracking and no message open tracking. Zeop is presently a no-frills service, but the price is right and its simplicity enhances ease of use.
