When you're accessing Campaign Enterprise remotely, remember that the software is still running at your company, on your computers. In other words, you're not accessing Arial Software's computers. You're simply browsing to the computer on which you've installed Campaign Enterprise.

There's one catch to all this, though: the computer running Campaign Enterprise needs it's own IP address. If you don't know what that is, your ISP (internet service provider) can help you with it. Chances are, you already have an IP address. Your IP address might be something like 205.227.12.254. After you've installed Campaign Enterprise, you'll access it by typing that IP address into your browser. For example, instead of typing www.mydomain.com, you'll just type 205.227.12.254 (or whatever your own IP address happens to be).

What Can I Do Remotely?
You might think that Campaign Enterprise limits what you can do from a remote browser. (A lot of software applications with remote capabilities inadvertently limit remote features.) But Campaign Enterprise has no limits! You can do anything and everything with the software, from anywhere in the world.

You can launch campaigns, create new campaigns, administer users, edit messages, run reports... you get the idea. Everything! In fact, Campaign Enterprise makes no distinction between someone accessing the system from next door versus someone accessing it from half way around the world. Once you log in with your username and password, you have full control.

Did you know that Campaign Enterprise will also email you after a project has completed? You'll receive a simple email telling you the project is done and noting the number of emails sent.

That's one more way you can stop worrying about your email campaigns when you're on the road. You don't have to check in every few minutes: Campaign Enterprise will email you when the project is complete.

You can even chain campaigns, so that the instant one campaign finishes, it launches another campaign. That way, you can set up an entire series of campaigns without bottlenecking your database or mail server with everything at once. It's like creating a campaign queue.
