After 30 days, Arial Software does not provide email or telephone support without an annual support contract. Campaign Enterprise Support
Campaign Enterprise comes with 30 days of free product and technical support via telephone, chat, and email from the time of purchase. After 30 days, Arial Software does not provide support without an annual support contract. Included in this contract are all subsequent product updates and version upgrades (so you never have to pay for an upgrade). Support must be renewed annually to maintain eligibility.
