Upgrade Your Program
Arial Software's upgrade policy gives you the assurance that you will not lose any of your software investment. We have several different options when it comes to software upgrades:
Upgrades Within Your In Current Version
Free upgrades within the same major version of your software is always included as part of owning a license. Example, if you are currently on v11.0.200 and a version v11.1.100 comes out, you can download that version for free.

Major Version Upgrade
Upgrading between major versions is a one-time cost of 50% of the normal purchase price, and you get 30 days of support included. You will need a new serial number since you are upgrading a major version.
Cross-Upgrade Upgrade
Cross-upgrading allows you to move from one edition of Campaign to another, for example, Standard Edition to Professional Edition. Cross-upgrading pricing is basically the difference in price between your current edition and the one to which you are upgrading.
Purchase Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA)
Protect your investment and get full software support by purchasing a yearly Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA). If you maintain your support plan, you are eligible for major version upgrades at no additional cost. If you let your support lapse, you will need to purchase a full upgrade to the latest version and then you can begin support again.
