Create a DSN Data Source Name ODBC Connection for your CSV File
DSN (Data Source Name) for ODBC Using Microsoft Text Driver
Go to your Database connection utility. On Windows 2000 this can be found in the Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Data Sources.

- In the System DSN tab, click Add
- Select the Microsoft Text Driver (*.txt *.csv) option
- Click Finish
- Enter a name for the DSN, use something that you will remember
- Enter a description (optional)
- Uncheck the Use Current Directory check box
- Click Select Directory
- Browse for the folder where your text datasources reside. Make sure you include the .txt and .csv extent ions
- Click OK

- Select Text File from the database type drop-down field
- Click Browse
- Select the new DSN you just created
- Select the file from the table/query drop-down field, all available files from the folder you set will be included
- Select the email address field
